Branding & visual identity
A brand people remember and trust
Branding and visual identity for growing businesses: strategy, logo, colours, typography and a brand guide your whole team can use.
Bilingual by default: every identity is designed to work in Arabic and English.

Why branding and visual identity matter before the website
Customers decide whether to trust a business long before they read the details. A consistent name, logo, colour palette and tone of voice tell them you are established, careful and worth their money. Without it, even an excellent service looks small.
Branding and visual identity give every touchpoint the same signature: your website, Instagram grid, WhatsApp catalogue, invoices, shop sign and pitch deck. That consistency is what makes people recognise you the second, third and tenth time they see you, and recognition is what turns attention into sales.
We build the identity first and the website second, so the site launches with a finished brand instead of a temporary one.
How the branding process works
Most identities are finished in three to five weeks, depending on feedback rounds.
01
of 04 steps
01
Discovery workshop
We learn your goals, customers and competitors, then agree the positioning in writing.
02
Concepts
Two or three visual directions, each shown on real examples such as a website header and an Instagram post.
03
Refinement
We develop the chosen direction with two rounds of revisions included in the fixed price.
04
Delivery
Final files in every format, the brand guide and templates, plus a handover call with your team.
Rebrand or refresh: which do you need?
A refresh keeps what customers already recognise, such as your name and logo idea, and fixes what looks dated: colours, typography, spacing and photography. A full rebrand is for businesses that have changed direction, merged, or outgrown a name that no longer fits.
Most small businesses in Egypt and the Gulf need a refresh, not a rebrand. We will tell you honestly which one you need after the discovery workshop.
- Refresh: new palette, type and templates, same recognition
- Rebrand: new strategy, name check, logo and full identity
- Both: delivered with brand guidelines and a social kit

FAQ
Questions about branding
How much does branding and visual identity cost?
It depends on scope: a logo and palette refresh costs far less than a full identity with guidelines and templates. After a short call we send a fixed price, so there are no surprises.
Do I own the logo and files?
Yes. On final payment you receive full ownership of the logo, source files and brand guide, and you can use them anywhere.
Can you design an Arabic logo?
Yes. We design Arabic, English or bilingual wordmarks and test them together so neither language looks secondary.
Can you build the website after the brand is ready?
Yes, and it is the most efficient order. The website, social templates and print materials all use the same identity from day one.
Do you offer branding and visual identity in Egypt, the Gulf and Europe?
Yes. Most of our clients are in Egypt, the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and we work remotely with businesses across Europe and Canada. Branding and visual identity in Egypt and branding and visual identity in Europe follow the same process, the same quality bar and the same fixed price; only the time zone of our calls changes. Every project is planned in Arabic and English, and you follow progress on a live staging link.
How does a branding and visual identity project with Floux start?
It starts with a free 20-minute call or a short written brief. We review your goals and current setup, then send a scoped branding and visual identity plan with milestones and one fixed price. Work begins once you approve it. We pair Arabic and Latin typefaces from Google Fonts or licensed families.
