Are there any hidden fees or ongoing costs I should know about?
No hidden fees. Your package price covers the full build. The only ongoing costs are your domain and hosting (which you own and control) and, optionally, the affordable Premium Support Plan after your first included year of support.
How long will my website take to build?
Starter sites launch in days — as fast as 7–14 days. Growth sites typically take 1–2 weeks, and Scale projects (stores, bookings, integrations) around 3–4 weeks. These are typical timelines, not guarantees; final timing depends on scope and how quickly content and feedback are provided.
Do I own my website, or am I renting it?
You own 100% of it — the website, the content, and the domain. We build on WordPress specifically so your site is never locked into a closed or rented platform. If you ever move on, everything goes with you.
What happens after my website launches?
Every package includes 1 year of post-launch support. After that, you can continue with the affordable Premium Support Plan covering updates, security, backups, and small content changes — or manage the site yourself. It is yours either way.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Growth or Scale later?
Yes. Packages are designed to grow with your business. You can start lean and add pages, a blog, SEO structure, or a store later — and because you own the site, upgrading builds on what you already have instead of starting over.

Website design pricing is fixed and agreed upfront. After a short discovery call we send a written scope and price; the price we quote is the price you pay.
Is website design pricing the same in Egypt and Europe?
The packages and process are the same. Website design pricing in Egypt can be quoted in EGP, while website design pricing in Europe and the Gulf is quoted in EUR or USD. Every quote is fixed before work starts, with no hidden fees.
