FAQ
Services, ownership & platforms
What we build, who we build it for, and who owns the result.
What services does Floux offer?
Floux designs and builds conversion-focused websites for small and medium businesses: custom website design and development, WordPress websites, WooCommerce online stores, landing pages, UX/UI design, website redesigns, SEO-ready site structure, bilingual Arabic/English websites, Shopify-to-WooCommerce migrations, and ongoing maintenance and support. We are not just a web design company — we are a digital growth partner combining strategy, UX, SEO, content, and development. See all services at /services.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
We work with SMBs across Egypt, Europe, and Canada: doctors and clinics, dentists, cosmetics and skincare brands, startups, training centers, tourism companies, restaurants and cafés, WooCommerce store owners, professional services, real estate, and specialized B2B companies. If your business depends on being found, trusted, and contacted online, we have almost certainly built for your world. Browse our work by industry at /portfolio.
Can you build a bilingual Arabic/English website?
Yes — bilingual websites are one of our core strengths. We build proper Arabic-first and English experiences with correct RTL (right-to-left) and LTR layouts, not a translated afterthought bolted onto an English template. That means typography, navigation, forms, and user journeys that feel native in both languages.
Do I own my website after it is built?
Yes — 100%. Your website, your content, your domain. We build on WordPress specifically so your site is never locked into a closed or rented platform, and we prefer licensed lifetime plugins so core functionality never depends on surprise renewals. If you ever decide to move on, everything goes with you. Your website is a business asset you own, not a subscription you rent.
Why WordPress and not Shopify, Wix, or Webflow?
Each platform has its place, but for most small businesses WordPress offers the best combination of ownership, flexibility, SEO control, and long-term cost. Closed platforms charge monthly fees forever and limit what you can build; WordPress is yours. If you are already on Shopify and feeling the limits, we handle full migrations to WooCommerce — products, customers, and order history included. Read our platform comparison at /wordpress-vs-shopify-webflow-wix and see migration details at /shopify-to-woocommerce-migration.

Do these website design FAQ answers apply in Egypt, the Gulf and Europe?
Yes. The website design questions we hear in Cairo, Riyadh and Berlin are almost identical, so the answers on this website design FAQ apply wherever your business is based. Where something differs, such as currency or payment gateways, we say so.

FAQ
Pricing, process & timelines
What it costs, how long it takes, and how working with us feels.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price we quote is the price you pay — the full build, unlimited revisions during the build, and 1 year of post-launch support are all included in your package. The only ongoing costs are your domain and hosting (which you own and control) and, optionally, our affordable Premium Support Plan after your included first year.
How long does it take to build a website?
Typical timelines: Starter sites launch in days — as fast as 7–14 days. Growth sites take about 1–2 weeks, and Scale projects (online stores, booking systems, integrations) around 3–4 weeks. These are typical estimates, not guarantees — final timing depends on your project's scope and how quickly content and feedback come back to us. We agree on a realistic timeline with you before we start.
What do you need from me to get started?
Less than you might think: a short conversation about your business and goals, your logo and brand assets (if you have them), and any content you already have — text, photos, menus, product lists. If content is the bottleneck, we help you structure it. From there, we handle strategy, design, build, and launch — with your approval at every stage. Start the conversation at /contact.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited revisions during the build. We keep refining the design and content until you approve the result — the price does not change, and no revision counter runs out. We would rather take one more round of feedback than launch a website you are not proud of.

FAQ
SEO & after launch
Getting found on Google, and what happens once your site is live.
Will my new website rank on Google?
Every Floux website is built with an SEO-ready structure: clean headings, fast loading, mobile-first design, proper titles and meta, and content structured so search engines — and AI assistants — can understand it. That gives you a strong foundation to rank from. No honest agency can guarantee specific rankings, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can do is build the structure that rankings are made of, and help you grow from there. Learn more at /seo-website-structure.
What is SEO-ready structure, AEO, and GEO?
SEO-ready structure means your site is built so Google can crawl, understand, and rank it — headings, speed, internal links, and content hierarchy done right from day one. AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) structures your content to be the direct answer in featured snippets and voice results. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) makes your content easy for AI assistants to cite when they answer questions about your industry. In plain terms: we build websites that humans love and machines understand.
What happens after my website launches?
Every package includes 1 year of post-launch support — real humans answering real questions, fixing issues, and helping you settle into your new site. We also hand over a website you can actually manage yourself, with training on the basics. After the first year, you can continue with our Premium Support Plan or manage the site independently. It is yours either way. See maintenance & support at /website-maintenance-support.
What does the premium support plan include?
The Premium Support Plan is an affordable monthly plan that covers priority support, regular WordPress core/theme/plugin updates, security monitoring, backups, small content updates, and performance checks. No long contracts — cancel anytime, and your website stays fully yours. Full support details at /website-maintenance-support.
